Self-Service Navigation for The Software Dudes Customers

HOME - CUSTOMER SELF-SERVICE

 
Welcome and thank you for joining the ESS platform. I am excited to introduce you to our: Software Dudes Self-Service Portal, designed to streamline and simplify your Microsoft license management. Let us dive right in and explore its powerful features and capabilities together. 

STEP 1

Click on Welcome to The Software Dudes Self Service portal!

You need to take a few steps to get set up. Let us look. First, enter your Microsoft username and password. You may be required to take additional actions, such as setting up account security 
 

STEP 2

Sign in

Next, go to the Home Icon which will serve you as a navigational tool, allowing you to easily return to the central hub from wherever you are within the platform.

Click on Home

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM THE DUDE PORTAL
 
Select Manage My Services and then scroll down to access additional subscription-related options.

Click on Manage My Services

And then under the tab My Services…

Click on My Services

 
 
 Hit on the Active Billing Contracts button to scroll down. 
 

STEP 6

Click on Active Billing Contracts

 
 

Select Active Billing Contracts to view purchased billing information.

Select Active Billing Contracts

 
 
 This will also lead you to a section where you can view details about your current billing contract or agreement such as duration of your contract, services included in your subscription, billing cycles and payment method.
 
Next, click on the Billing contract you want to add or edit

Click on the Billing contract you want to add / edit

 
 

Select the name of the subscription to choose the specific subscription plan you want to subscribe to.

The "Subscription Edit" field form will allow you to make changes to your subscription plan. This can include actions such as upgrading or downgrading the subscription tier, adding, or removing features, adjusting billing information or changing payment methods of the subscription altogether.

In the Change Logs section, the logs document the history of changes made to the service to review past updates and understand how the platform has evolved.

Here, this section will enable you to manage the financial interactions with ESS, from reviewing invoices to settling payments electronically. It enhances transparency, ease of access, and efficiency in handling billing matters within the platform ecosystem.

HOW TO VIEW YOUR PAYMENT METHODS ON FILE 
 
In addition to viewing invoices and making payments, the section “Managing My Payments Profile” may offer functionalities for managing payment methods (such as adding or updating credit card details) and downloading invoices for record-keeping purposes.

HOW TO SWITCH LICENSES FROM ONE USER TO ANOTHER INCLUDING ASSIGNING AND REASSIGNING
